Tellus Development, Ltd was founded in 1990 by T. Davis Gordon, thus starting the Tellus appellation and a rich tradition of quality and value.  Then, Tellus held a single second generation self storage property on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, offering clean, secure, and affordable storage via row aligned, outside entry units.  Rooting itself in these simple principles Tellus proved to be capable and proficient at adding value and profits for its customers, employees, and investors alike.  In the past, obtaining new, elevated platforms allowed the Tellus companies to branch out into a multitude of ventures with proficient results.
